AB Mauri has a large collection of different yeast strains collected from around the world. Extensive research by our Global Technology Group in Sydney, Australia has uncovered the optimum strains for high yields of ethanol.
This is particularly important during batch or fed-batch fermentation when time and yield is most important. The yeast strains have also been tested in many sugar sources, such as corn, wheat, sorghum, cassava, and molasses. These strains will be available as active dried yeast in the near future.
The Fali ethanol yeast outlined below is manufactured in an ISO/HACCP certified facility and comes supplied with a Certificate of Analysis for every batch.
FALI:
AB Mauri’s FALI Alcohol Yeast is a special strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae fermented and dried under stringent process controls to produce a yeast suitable for bioethanol production. FALI has high alcohol tolerance and the ability to ferment at a wide temperature range. Enclosed below is our Fali data sheet for your reference.
